1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By registering a jj55 account, accessing the jj55 website, or using any jj55 Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jj55 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jj55 with respect to the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a jj55 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number where applicable;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued voluntarily through the jj55 platform or through any third-party responsible gaming programme;
• Not already hold an existing jj55 account (only one account per person is permitted);
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is wholly prohibited under applicable local law.

3.2 jj55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jj55 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.3 jj55 employs automated and manual age verification checks. Where age cannot be confirmed to jj55's satisfaction, account access will be restricted until verification is complete. jj55 will not process any withdrawal for an account that has not completed identity verification.

3.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you undertake to notify jj55 promptly of any changes to your registration details.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jj55. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jj55 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jj55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 You must notify jj55 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account. jj55 may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary security measure while any investigation is ongoing.

4.4 jj55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any interest in it to any other person.

4.5 Account Verification (KYC)

jj55 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You agree to provide, upon request and without undue delay, any documentation required for KYC purposes including:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g. a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirming your registered mobile number);
• Source of funds documentation where required by jj55's compliance team.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jj55 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast / 1LINK. The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. jj55 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jj55 bears no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Before any withdrawal is processed, jj55 requires that:

• Full KYC verification has been completed on the account;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met;
• The account is in good standing with no active fraud, abuse, or duplicate account investigation;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable limits communicated to you at registration or via the account dashboard.

jj55 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times. jj55 is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other third-party payment processor.

5.3 Currency

All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on jj55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jj55 does not facilitate currency conversion. Any conversion fees incurred outside the jj55 platform are your sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are held separately from your Real Money (PKR Wallet) Balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement applicable to jj55 welcome and deposit bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires total bets of Rs 35,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting wagers with odds of 1.5 or greater contribute 100%. jj55 reserves the right to exclude specific games from wagering contribution at its discretion.

6.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or with the assistance of third parties will be treated as abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 jj55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress for a Player shall not be unilaterally increased.

6.6 Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 All games available on jj55 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is the long-term statistical average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.2 Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. jj55 is not responsible for errors made by a Player in selecting bet amounts, game options, or sporting event markets.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a game session, jj55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the Player's account. No additional compensation will be offered for voided rounds.

7.4 For sports betting markets, jj55 follows the official result as declared by the relevant sporting governing body. In the case of abandoned, postponed, or incomplete matches, settlement will follow the specific rules set out in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

7.5 jj55 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or stake for any Player at any time, at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Consistent winning patterns that suggest exploitation of game mechanics or bonus structures may result in stake restrictions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj55 platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using another person's identity or payment method;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering);
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the jj55 platform, its software, or its network infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jj55 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9. Suspension & Termination

9.1 jj55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or on the Player's behalf;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction;
• jj55's decision to withdraw Services from a particular jurisdiction or territory.

9.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud, verified funds in the Player's Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jj55 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days. Players are advised to withdraw any PKR balance prior to submitting a closure request.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 jj55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business.

11.2 jj55's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 jj55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures may affect platform availability. jj55 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

11.4 jj55 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's use of an unstable internet connection, including mobile data connections on Pakistani networks, during live game sessions or in-play betting.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 jj55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the Player's account dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a review period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at set intervals showing time spent playing and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Your account cannot be reopened before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jj55 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

12.2 jj55 enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will be permanently excluded, their account will be closed, and deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method. No winnings will be paid to underage Players.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the dispute resolution body specified by jj55's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitration body determines otherwise.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
